To qualify for the Digital Nomad Visa in Cyprus, applicants must meet the following criteria:

 Non-EU/EEA nationals working remotely through telecommunications technology for:

  • An employer registered outside Cyprus; or
  • Clients based abroad (for self-employed professionals).

A stable monthly income of at least €3,500 (net after deductions), increased by 20% for a spouse and 15% for each dependent child.

Submission of an employment contract, service agreement, or verifiable evidence demonstrating that all business activities are performed outside Cyprus. The contract must be either for an indefinite duration or for a period matching the requested residence permit.

Valid international or Cyprus-based health insurance covering the entire stay, along with medical tests (Hepatitis B/C, HIV, and tuberculosis) conducted in Cyprus.

Certificate of good conduct issued within the last six months from the country of origin or residence.

Proof of a long-term rental agreement or property ownership.
